An Embodied Approach to Healing
Therapy is a place where you get to show up just as you are. All parts of you are welcome here to be supported and explored. In therapy, you are able to see how patterns of your personal impact your life and relationships. The Mindfulness-based therapy I offer is special in that it guides clients by helping them connect with their sensations, emotions, and unique parts of self. It's somatic and embodied. By slowing down and getting in touch with present moment experience, things are able to be gently processed, felt, and moved through your body and released.
Therapy isn’t about changing you or making you different. Therapy is a place to help you consciously work with all parts of yourself and empower you to choose how you want to act and not just react. It’s where you get to shift and rework your relationships and a place slow down and practce doing things differently. It’s a place for you to share your story and be compassionately witnessed as you heal and process. For many people, this path is a life changing one. Are you ready?
