I offer both therapy and coaching since I want to be able meet individual client needs better. For therapy, I focuses on treating mental health disorders and emotional issues. It's process oriented and generally long term. There's more going back and healing involved. With coaching, I focus more on personal and professional development and achieving goals. It's all about empowerment and often is shorter in length. Both can be helpful for individuals seeking to improve their lives, and some people may benefit from both types of support depending on their needs!
