An individualized herbal formulation and product package to support your unique body needs. Our work begins with an in-depth 2 hour integrative intake for me to learn about your goals, background, history, and more. After this, I take 6-8 hours to plan and create a custom herbal formulation and plan to support your body and goals. I will ship a 2- month supply of herbs for you to take and and then we will meet up again after4- 6 weeks to check in about how you're feeling and if we need to make any adjustments.
